Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

KlugSpice supports customer-controlled deployment patterns, including on-premises and customer VPC environments, as well as separately agreed managed deployments. The parties' data-protection roles and processing boundaries therefore depend on the selected architecture and contractual scope.

Where KLUGSYS UG processes personal data on a customer's behalf, the parties must put an appropriate Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) under Art. 28 GDPR in place before that processing begins. This information page is not itself an executed DPA.
