1. Scope and acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. This public website does not provide a customer account, public chatbot, file-upload service, or access to the KlugSpice product environment.

Product demonstrations, pilots and paid services require a separate agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for the contracted service.

2. Permitted use

You may view and use the website for lawful business-information and evaluation purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the website, its hosting, security controls, or availability;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems or data;
• introduce malware, spam, or unlawful material;
• misrepresent your identity or infringe intellectual-property or other third-party rights; or
• use automated access in a way that creates unreasonable load or violates applicable law.

3. Website information and enquiries

Website content describes KlugSpice capabilities and deployment options at a general level. It is not a binding offer, warranty, certification, assessment result, or substitute for engineering, safety, cybersecurity, compliance, or legal judgement. Accountable engineers, assessors and authorities retain their respective responsibilities.

The contact form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not transmit the enquiry to a KlugSpice server. An enquiry becomes effective only when you send that email. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party personal data unless it is necessary and you are authorised to do so.

4. External services and links

Embedded third-party content and links, including the Cal.com booking calendar, are provided for convenience. Those services are operated under their own terms and privacy notices. KLUGSYS UG does not control their content or availability and does not endorse third-party statements merely by embedding or linking to them.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, software, designs, trademarks and other content are owned by or licensed to KLUGSYS UG and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Except where mandatory law permits it, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit that content without prior written permission. “KLUGSYS” and “KlugSpice” are business and product identifiers of KLUGSYS UG.

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Optional analytics is disabled until you consent and can be withdrawn through Cookie Settings. The legal notice is available in the Imprint.

7. Availability and liability

We may correct, update, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality. We do not promise that the public website will always be available, complete, current, secure, or free of errors. Liability is determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory product-liability obligations.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, law or our operations. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Changes apply prospectively from publication.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in the user's country of residence. Where a jurisdiction agreement is legally permitted, Aachen, Germany is the place of jurisdiction.
