Engineers still need to check whether the linked content is consistent and supports the intended behaviour.

A requirement without a test needs a different response from a requirement whose test exists but has no attached result. KlugSpice surfaces these gaps so reviewers can identify the missing work and the people needed to resolve it.
In the platform's sample records, SYS-044 has a linked test but missing evidence. SYS-045 has neither a linked test nor a result. The first review should establish whether a result can be located or needs producing; the second also needs a decision about verification coverage.
A complete set of links can still need review.
Change analysis follows the connected work and highlights potential impact. A link is a useful route into the review; it does not by itself establish that a design, test or result is valid for the revised requirement.
